Toyota Highlander Hybrid AWD

Hi I am looking for some advice. For context, I am currently driving a 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD. I have 2 kids, aged 9 and 11. On some occasions, I have had to use the third row for transporting other kiddos from sports. I am debating on picking up a 2025 CX-70 Turbo S Premium Plus with 10K miles on it for just under $40k before TTL.
