I am looking for advice on a new 2026 Ram 1500 purchase. I currently own a 2013 1500 Hemi 5.7 with 70,000 mile. It runs great and in near perfect condition but I just figure it's time for an upgrade. I did a quick look at engine options and saw the Hurricane 3.0L has higher HP and Torque than the Hemi and gets better gas mileage so I initially thought that might be the way to go. Ok, so I just finished a full skid plate install on my 2015 Ram 1500 4X4 Express 5.7 Hemi. I had to do some research to figure out which parts to buy but I finally got it all figured out. please help!! Today my wife called me saying our 2019 Ram 1500 classic big horn would not start. she said when turning the key she heard 1 click then nothing. i arrive to see if i can figure out if its the battery or the starter. i confirmed when turning the key i got one click then nothing. lead me to believe its a starter issue from my limited experience if it one click and nothing its the starter, if multiple clicks and lights on dash flashing or all power going off its the battery...
