Pretty much finished up the 745 turbo and instead of finishing what I started or working on what I already have (Gen 1 Montero) we decided to take on another Volvo. Hello! Picked up a Cx70 Preferred MHEV on Monday. Not a stranger to Mazdas as this is my 7th one. But it is my first ever brand new car, and first car that has an automatic transmission. Had a 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 GT. Bought in 2012 with 25k miles. Learned how to wrench, and tune with that car. I’ll post future UOAs here, I stopped going to the dealer now for maintenance because I was sussed out by the lack of professionalism, they overfilled my car by like half a quart one time and I think filled it with 0w20 on one oil change. I am the type to want everything perfect. The oil tested was the 3rd fill of oil counting the factory. Just purchased a 1994 945 Turbo, two owner, 104,000 miles. It’s not perfect but the paint is pretty good, mechanicals seem good and the interior is decent. Poor thing sat beside the current owners house for 7 years. It’s always been a local car and was owned by a lawyer that had it dealer maintained. Fuel pumps are dead so that’s first. Since El Nino is getting closer to me or us in pacific coastline specifically socal. who has been preparing specifically our cars? Honestly this has come across my mind. For one I have probably came to the decision on getting a 27Won CAI for my car from what I been hearing. I also heard someone adding a Short ram intake from PRL, keep in mind i have the PRL turbo inlet pipe what are your guys take on this weather phenomenon.

Hi I am looking for some advice. For context, I am currently driving a 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD. I have 2 kids, aged 9 and 11. On some occasions, I have had to use the third row for transporting other kiddos from sports. I am debating on picking up a 2025 CX-70 Turbo S Premium Plus with 10K miles on it for just under $40k before TTL. I did some highway roll racing last night, with my buddy's "new to him" 2023 Mustang GT (he has intake/exhaust - no tune yet), and he got a couple car lengths off the hop each time, but as soon as the turbo spooled he wasn't gaining anything more. Repeated the same thing 3 times. Not bad for 1.5L vs 5.0L!

Good evening everyone, after breaking my turbo, I installed an oil pressure mano to see if I had a lack of pressure. Cold and slow motion, I have between 2.5 and 3 bars. On the other hand, at hot, the pressure is about 1b and it does not climb above 2 bar when I accelerate. Any idea of the problem? HS oil pump? Bad oil? This is a Volvo 745 of 85 (B200ET), the oil currently in it is of the 10W40.

Hi All, I am retro fitting an aftermarket camera into the factory automated pop out on my 2009 Cayenne Turbo S. I have an aftermarket head unit which is the pioneer DMH-WT8600nex. I have successfully integrated it into the Porsche system including the fiber optic and I now have remotely run wires for the new retrofitted pioneer BC-10 camera into the mechanical body. I reconnected the PCM temporarily to re-enable the backup camera pop out and then pulled fuse 55 to reset the system because I couldn't find the setting... Hi everyone, I’m working on a 1996 Porsche 911 (993) Turbo, and I’m currently having a problem with the factory alarm/immobilizer system. The car had been exposed to water, and several electrical control modules/PCBs were affected by water intrusion. I have already removed, cleaned, and dried the affected circuit boards, and there are no obvious signs of corrosion remaining.
