In this video, we’re taking another look at the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the previous video. The customer originally brought the Jeep in with the Service Engine Soon light on. During that visit, we diagnosed a P0052 O2 sensor heater circuit code and found a broken wire in the oxygen sensor heater circuit. The wiring was repaired, the system was tested, and the Jeep went on its way. Fast-forward more than a month and the customer is back. In this video we have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the big 3.7L V6 and the Service Engine Soon light is on. We start the diagnosis with the information the customer provided, only to find out later that one rather important piece of information had been left out. Had we known that little tidbit from the beginning, it probably would have made getting to the answer quite a bit quicker.
