  In this video I take a look at a 2021 Toyota RAV4 that was traded in at a local Chrysler/Dodge dealership. Before putting it up for sale, they sent it to the local Toyota dealer to have the steering angle sensor replaced. Everything seemed fine until they got the vehicle back and the Start/Stop warning light came on. The Toyota dealer took another look and came back with a recommendation to replace an engine wiring harness... for $2,400!
