The legendary GTi badge has gone electric, and Nicola Hume gets behind the wheel of the new Peugeot e-208 GTi to find out whether this little EV has the attitude and driving fun to live up to the name. With 281hp and 345Nm, the e-208 GTi can sprint from 0–62mph in just 5.5 seconds, while Peugeot Sport has given it a serious mechanical makeover. It's 25mm lower, wider at both ends, gets a mechanical limited-slip differential, bespoke suspension, bigger brakes and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres.
