I saved this rare E61 530i M-Sport Touring from a salvage yard and discovered it's been mistreated throughout its life. The 3-liter N52 engine inline-six is barely running due to gross neglect and lack of regular oil changes. In this episode, we tackle the rod bearings, the cooling system, intake manifold, DISA, oil pan, front suspension, and the flywheel, which apparently can leak grease.
